Rider Tracking (Deloop R)
The Door Delivery Loop is designed and developed for Supermarkets and logistics companies who deliver grocery or other goods from their warehouse or store to several customers along a pre-determined route. The Deloop R Android app is built for the Rider of these delivery vehicles to pick up the goods and deliver them to each customer.
Functional Capabilities
1. Real-time GPS tracking of the Rider
2. Deliveries can be assigned to the rider with the route and pushed to the DeloopR app
3. Rider is able to see all customer location to deliver as per the order priority, the roue and the order items
4. Rider scan in the order box QR codes and load into the vehicle
5. Rider push start button on every customer order and the customer receives an SMS
6. Rider scans out the delivery boxes and delivers to the customer
7. The app handles the billing and receive cash or remove items that are rejected by the customer
8. Customer can sign on the app and also rate the level of service happiness
9. The app continuously update the status in real-time to the back office so that new orders can be processed and kept ready for the next delivery batch
